These terms are the agreement between you and Vibe Jungle when you use vibejungle.ai, including AI Studio, the part of the site where you make videos with AI. By creating an account or using AI Studio you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. Who we are
Vibe Jungle is [registered company name], a company registered in [country] with its address at [registered address] (“Vibe Jungle”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at Info@vibejungle.ai.
2. Using AI Studio
You must be 18 or older to use AI Studio. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it, which we can withdraw if you break these terms.
AI Studio turns your written prompts, and any images you add, into short videos using AI models run by our suppliers. Today that is Seedance, run by BytePlus. Which model and supplier we use can change.
You must not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service. You must not scrape it, use it automatically except through tools we provide, use it to build a competing product or to train an AI model, or try to get around its limits, safety checks or payments.
3. Your account
You sign in with your email address (we send a one-time link) or with Google. Keep access to your email and Google account secure: anyone who can open your sign-in links can use your account. Give us a real email address. You are responsible for what happens on your account. One person, one account. Making extra accounts to collect more free credits is not allowed, and we may close accounts made that way.
4. Credits, plans and payment
- Credits. Everything in AI Studio is priced in credits, and the price is shown before you press anything. Credits are not money. They cannot be cashed out or transferred, and they have no value outside AI Studio.
- Free credits. New accounts get a small number of free credits. We can change the amount or end the offer.
- Plans. Paid plans are monthly. A plan renews automatically each month at the price then in force until you cancel. We tell you before a price change takes effect. If you cancel, the plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for, with no partial refund.
- When credits end. A plan’s credits last until the end of the month they were given for. Credits you buy as a top-up last 12 months. Credits are spent in the order they expire.
- Changing plan. If you move to a lower plan, you keep the features of the higher plan until the credits you got with it are used up or expire.
- Payment. Prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled by Paystack. We never see or store your card details. You pay any bank or card fees your provider charges.
- Failed videos. If a video fails to render, its credits are returned automatically.
5. Refunds
Purchases are generally final once credits have been used. If you have not used any of the credits from a purchase, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of buying by writing to Info@vibejungle.ai. We may also refund in other cases, such as a technical fault on our side. A refunded purchase’s credits are removed from your account. Nothing in these terms takes away refund rights the law of your country gives you.
6. What you own
Your inputs and your videos are yours. As far as the law allows, you own the prompts and images you put in and the videos AI Studio makes for you, and you can use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially.
You give us the licence we need to run the service. That means storing, processing and showing your inputs and videos to you, and sending them to our suppliers to make your videos. If you share a video’s link, we show it to people who open the link. We do not feature your videos publicly or use them in our marketing without asking you first. We do not use your prompts, images or videos to train AI models.
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, and the permission of anyone who appears in it.
7. What you must not make
Our content rules apply to every prompt and upload, and are part of these terms. In short, you must not use AI Studio to make:
- sexual content involving anyone who is, or looks, under 18, ever;
- sexual or intimate images of a real person, or anything that puts a real person’s likeness in a situation they have not agreed to;
- content that harasses, threatens or defames anyone, or promotes violence, terrorism or hatred;
- content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights, including characters owned by other studios;
- deceptive content passed off as real footage, for fraud, scams, election interference or impersonation;
- anything illegal where you or we are.
Prompts are checked before any credits are taken, and prompts that break the rules are refused. Do not try to get around the checks.
8. Reports and removal
Anyone can report a shared video from its page. We review reports and may remove content, refuse a prompt, or suspend an account that breaks these terms. Intimate images of a real person made or shared without their consent are removed within 48 hours of a valid report to Info@vibejungle.ai. Where the law requires it, we report content to the authorities.
9. About AI output
AI output is unpredictable. A video may not match your prompt, may differ from its draft when finished, and may look like videos made for other people. We cannot guarantee that a video is unique, accurate, or free of other people’s rights. Check a video before you rely on it or publish it. Videos made with AI Studio may carry marks that identify them as AI-generated. Do not remove them.
10. Copyright complaints
If you believe a video made with AI Studio infringes your rights, send a notice using our copyright notice form (no account needed), or email Info@vibejungle.ai with:
- the work you own;
- the link to the content;
- your contact details;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised.
We review every valid notice and remove infringing videos. The uploader is told and can send a counter-notice; if we uphold it, the video is restored. Accounts with three upheld copyright removals are blocked from making videos.
11. Suspension and closing an account
You can stop using AI Studio at any time, and delete your account yourself from your credits page (it is deleted 30 days later, and you can cancel until then), or ask us at Info@vibejungle.ai. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or that we must close by law. Where it is fair and lawful to, we will tell you why. When an account is closed, its unused credits end, and its videos are deleted as described in our privacy policy. Download anything you want to keep first.
12. No warranties
AI Studio is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise that it will always be available, fast or error-free, or that it will suit a particular purpose. Videos are not professional advice.
13. Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the larger of what you paid us in the six months before the claim, or 100 US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Your responsibility to us
If someone makes a claim against us because of what you uploaded, made or published with AI Studio, or because you broke these terms or the law, you will cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [the Federal Republic of Nigeria]. Disputes go to the courts of [Lagos State], unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring them where you live. Please write to us first. Most problems are quicker to solve by email.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell you by email or on the site before an important change takes effect. If you keep using AI Studio after that, the new terms apply.
