This policy explains what personal information Vibe Jungle collects when you use vibejungle.ai, including AI Studio, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can to run the service, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

1. Who is responsible
[Registered company name], [registered address] (“Vibe Jungle”) is responsible for your information. Contact us about privacy at Info@vibejungle.ai.
2. What we collect
- Account. Your email address. If you sign in with Google, we also get a Google account ID and your email address from Google. We do not keep your name or photo.
- What you make. The prompts you write, the images you upload, the videos made for you, and the settings used for them (style, shape, length).
- Credits and payments. Your plan, your credit balance and its history, and a record of each payment: what it was for, the amount, the currency and whether it went through. Card details go to Paystack, our payment provider. We never see or store them.
- Reports. If you report a video, the reason you give and which video it was.
- Messages. What you send us by email or through the contact form on our home page.
- Technical. Our hosting and security providers process your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and to block bots (the “are you human” check on sign-up). We do not store your IP address with your account.
3. How we use it
- To run AI Studio: sign you in, make your videos, keep your library and your credits.
- To take payments and keep the records the law requires.
- To email you about your account: sign-in links, “your video is ready”, and notice before free-plan videos are deleted. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
- To keep the service safe: check prompts against our content rules, review reports, and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To answer you when you write to us, and to meet our legal obligations.
Our legal bases are: the contract with you (running the service you signed up for), our legitimate interests (safety, fraud prevention, improving the service), legal obligations (tax and accounting records), and your consent where we ask for it.
4. AI training
We do not use your prompts, images or videos to train AI models, and we do not sell or license them to anyone who does. Your prompts and images are sent to our video supplier only to make the video you asked for. [Confirm the supplier’s data-use terms with BytePlus.]
5. Who we share it with
We share information only with the providers that run parts of the service for us, and only what each one needs:
- BytePlus (video generation): your prompts, images and settings, to make your videos.
- Vercel (hosting the site) and Neon (our database).
- Cloudflare (storing videos and images, and the “are you human” check).
- Zoho (sending our emails).
- Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Paystack (payments).
- FormSubmit (delivering messages sent through the contact form on our home page).
We also share information when the law requires it, to protect people’s safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply. If you share a video’s link, anyone with the link can watch it.
6. Where it is processed
Our providers process information in other countries, including the United States (database, hosting), Singapore and other parts of Asia (video generation), and wherever Cloudflare serves files from. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for these transfers.
7. How long we keep it
- Your account, while it is open.
- Videos on the free plan: 30 days, with an email a week before they go. On a paid plan, they are kept while your account is open.
- When you delete a video, it is removed from your library straight away and from storage soon after.
- When you delete your account (from your credits page), your account information, videos and uploads are deleted 30 days later; you can cancel until then. Payment records and the record of which terms you accepted are kept, without your email, for as long as the law requires.
- Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after an account closes.
- Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes.
8. Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, and data protection laws such as the GDPR where they apply to you, you can ask to:
- see the personal information we hold about you;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- get a copy to take elsewhere;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- withdraw your consent, where we rely on it.
Email Info@vibejungle.ai. We will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission, or to the data protection authority where you live.
9. Cookies
We use only what the site needs to work, so we do not ask for consent. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and the site loads no fonts or scripts from Google or other trackers:
- vj_session keeps you signed in. It lasts 30 days, or until you sign out.
- vj_google is set only if you sign in with Google, and lasts 10 minutes.
- Cloudflare’s “are you human” check, on sign-in and report forms, may set its own cookie.
- vj_consent remembers your cookie choices, for 6 months.
- A prompt you type on the home page is kept in your browser until you sign up, then cleared.
You can see this list at any time from Cookie settings at the foot of every page. If we ever add cookies that are not essential, we will ask you there first, and you can say no.
10. Security
Connections to the site and our database are encrypted. Sign-in links and sessions are stored only as one-way hashes, and access to our systems is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
11. Children
AI Studio is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has an account, tell us and we will delete it.
12. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or on the site before the change takes effect.
